In order to meet future environmental requirements, diesel drives will no longer be used in the foreseeable future. For diesel locomotives with a long remaining service life, FMB has developed a technical solution that can be implemented as a conversion solution in around half the delivery time of a new locomotive. The electric hybrid solution is implemented in such a way that a large part of the vehicle registration is not affected. The eligibility of this solution has already been checked and confirmed.
